Using Fehnir house for filming

I am Vector Cramp, a member of MystiTech Productions and an executive producer for our upcoming series, "The Lost Art." (To find out more about it, see this post on the Uru Live forums.

While location scouting for the series, I stumbled upon the Fehnir house and it would fit a bit of the story wonderfully.

My question is who we would need to get in touch with to use the Fehnir house in our series?
