Me too. I D/L'd Drizzle and started running thru ages. I love it. I have a LOT to catch up on.

On a side note I thought I broke something when I accidently activated fly-mode.

WHEW!

After buying and installing URU:CC it works perfectly on my Vista64 machine. Either the code is tweeked or my copy of POTS was corrupt.

edit: My display was already set to 32 bit so i tried it in 16 bit but It didn't help.

It's not out yet though right? I missed the whole BETA thing.

I'm really looking forward to Windows 7. I built my PC from parts on Newegg and get a great deal on an OEM Vista64 OS.

I just found URU:CC on Amazon used for $7.00. It's worth a try.

I didn't see that.

So how is one supposed to reinstall the game if you buy a new computer? I'm pretty sure I don't have a receipt from 2004.

Eh, I have to admit I certainly got my moneys worth so maybe I'll just pickup URU Chronicles.

When they first came out I DL'd the To D'ni Xpack and burned it to CD. The when POTS came out it was also offered as a DL so I DL'd that and burned it to a CD. I then took both CD's and placed them in my original URU ABM CD case and put them away for safe keeping. When I ...

Nope. I tried the generic sound card drivers but it didn't work. My card supports EAX so it doesn't surprise me.

My problem is I don't even get past the "Play URU" screen. I click Play URU and the game crashes.

I'm off to try other stuff.

You're right. Hope this helps someone looking to run URU POTS on Vista64!
