GoW Age Worksheets

I'm taking suggestions as to the sort of framework we'd need to help structure our new Ages as far as "storyline" and development. Here's my current list:
Administrative and Development
[*] A minor overview of the Age
[*] Is this a D'ni Age or a GoW written Age
[*] What facets of the engine are ...

Harvest Ages and the Explorer Cafeteria

July and I are planning on creating a Guild of Caterer's Age and the Explorer Cafeteria.

The upshot is to produce two Ages which are condusive to Explorer discussions and also to give a bit more pizzaz.

Re: Leadership Poll

I'd suggest that we backburner arranging a council or leadership position.

There's no pressing need at this time, leaders will develop without hierarchy, and if there is a particular function that needs addressing, there is no reason why the entire Guild shouldn't weigh in on it.

Re: Leadership Poll

Agreed, there's no reason to put the cart before the horse. When we have sufficient /reason/ to have a leadership, we should implement it then and in a way that fits the organization.

We have to earn the right to have that sort of hamstringing. :P

Re: Introduce Yourself

Howdy folks!

I've been a part of the Adult Supervision for the D'ni Zoological Society for a while now and have participated in MOUL since about February. I go by Simon_Bitdiddle pretty much everywhere.

My skills are technical writing and a bit of programming, albeit perl and lisp are my languages ...

Re: Rules for Age Content

I'd also like to see something in regards to GoW reuse, along the lines of 'Content created by the Guild of Writers can and may be reused in multiple Ages.'

This would allow many Writers to collaborate and extend upon the efforts of other Writers without the overriding sense that 'Writer A wrote ...
