Re: That's all, folks

Indeed, this news is of a most dreadful sort. I hardly know what to think.

I am only glad that the tools needed to continue our work here are yet at our disposal. That, at least, is something.

Hmm... from what I remember, wasn't there a movement back in the UU days where a group was able to run ...

For those who may be curious, I have indeed been working on something these past months. I've had a lot of unrelated work taking up my time, but I've been creating a new Age in the background of all that.
And while I'm afraid that it isn't anywhere near ready to be released as an Uru Age (mostly due ...

Well! Seems I've missed quite a bit in the recent weeks!
This is very impressive work, Paradox; I had no idea sounds were in any way possible in Ages yet. Nice use of clickables as well, and a beautiful Age.

(If things keep up in this manner, I may have... certain things out sooner than I thought!)

Well, eventually, but first you will have to convert it to a format Blender understands, and export it using Blender's PRP plugin (which I believe is still downloadable from the Alcugs wiki).
Alsu, I recommend using the Uru Library Manager when the time comes, as I don't think UAM is still being ...

Ah yes... Bryce 3D. I've used it oft, I've used it well.
Great tutorial, electroglyph! Couldn't have explained it better myself ;)

On behalf of everyone who has ever wondered how to make a good terrain, I thank you for this demonstration. :)

Wow, that looks great! (A bit like the stuff outside my window, actually)
Even in the image, it looks very ambient. Music, snow particles, etc. would make it even better, I'm sure.

Out of curiosity, how'd you make those trees?

Yes, there's always the danger of us Age builders being shot down on Live...
Still, inspite of the drawbacks, I find building up a story behind the Age always helps in the long run.

Keep at it! ;)
