I got hung up with a blown up graphics card and Blender sluggishness in Vista. But now all of my projects are in active development again. It's funny, because ERI and PRI are basically done, and I made huge progress on RI two months ago. But I didn't really post updates, because all of the WIP shots ...

Just kidding! The main reason I'm using Vista is that my new computer can't seem to keep an install of XP for more than a few weeks. First it randomly restarts, then, whoosh. It won't work at all. Vista has so far been stable.

I was (up until 5 minutes ago) having the same sluggishness problem with Vista, but it's fixed now! The issue is that the default graphics drivers that come with vista only include limited openGL support (basically it's stuck at opengl 1.4 AND it has to layer over DirectX). The solution is to ...

Here we go, this has been on my mind for a while. Might as well see if anyone else is interested.

What about creating an 'age' that's not really an age per se, but rather a small town in New Mexico. It would be an interesting twist to Uru, IMO. It could be a nice in-game in-character setting for ...

I've still got the interior. Now that TE is kind of back ( ), I'll
just sit tight until he's ready to do an interior. Then I'll model it (doesn't take
me any time at all with concept art) and upload it.

For those of you who are closely following this project (all 3 of you ), I'm starting
to assemble the third age, RI, and once RI is done I will have to tie them all together.

So it's getting done, just about to move into the realm of "wrapping the project up".

Well, the subtitle is kind of a joke, but I think it would be interesting if we had
a prison age contest/showoff. We could make it disable your relto, so it would be a true prison age. But it would be an interesting thing to see everyone's prison ages.
