I didn't see that meeting mentionned anywhere... (MOUL forums, Uru Assembly of Guilds, UO, or here)
I guess then the first topic of that meeting should be communicating meetings times...

Obviously the same thing apply to me. Voting on GoW matters would not be appropriate for me and I even doubt that discussing by giving my opinion wouldn't be out of line as I do not know the little details of the GoW that draw the difference between a Guild member and a "visitor".

Tips for Guild Newsletters are to use the same Ki Mail you send to your Guild Members for them to stay informed... if you do have one. The Maintainers are doing that so they don't need to create and update 2 different Ki Mails. If the information is good enough for your members, it's good enough for ...

I agree with AndyLegate from the GoMa. Seeing how your guild manage the election process will be highly informative to us at the GoMe. Although I am not looking for this day, eventually it will also come for us to elect representatives. (Urg... just saying it feels wrong) I'll check from time to ...
