Re: Oh...yeah...we need a converter...

At this point, it's not worth the energy to make PyPRP MOUL compatible as Blender 2.6 should be released over the summer or early fall. The current PyPRP needs to be rewritten entirely for the new API, and will use libHSPlasma to provide compatibility with multiple versions of the engine ...

Re: animation quickscript test

I would recommend one small change: the animation for the clickable object should always play forward, even if it is the backward case. This wouldn't be a problem for buttons and things with symmetric animation, but for, say, a lever which you pull down quickly but takes a little while to return to ...

Re: The "forgotten" Guild of Linguist

Actually, on a related note, I have noticed the Guild of Linguists was really left by the way side when the guilds were created (and even a little before that). As an ex-linguist who stopped working there due to lack of anyone else's interest, I don't understand what happened here. From a slightly ...

Re: A Noob's Guide to Animations

Yep, that was it. I can't believe I didn't notice that! *bangs head on desk* I'll be okay once I recover.

@Zirrus: Here is a list of the names used in the sample AlcScript and what they are for (in order of appearance):

SWDoorButton - The name of the button object. This you should change to your ...

Request for (or Directions to) a way to pack SDL and Python

Is it possible to store the Python and SDL files within my Blender file through the file editor interface (like we do with AlcScript)? If not, I would like to suggest such a capability. The files in Blender would have ".py" and ".sdl" at the end, which would tell PyPRP to encrypt and pack the files ...

Re: A Noob's Guide to Animations

Apparently, you need PyPRP v1.5.0 to do animations. As a side note, though, all the exports I do with the new version stack-dump if there are any animations. Does anyone know why, or a simple tutorial otherwise? (Again, the wiki's tutorial is, by its own admission not really a tutorial at all, but ...

PyPRP 1.5.0 kills Uru

For some reason, all of my ages, which exported perfectly fine with 1.4.0, now cause Uru to stack-dump when loading. Even completely new ages are broken. Am I missing something?
