Re: Docxygen docs
The Plasma doxygen already exists here: http://docs.mystler.eu/cwe/ This one is also auto updated everytime there is a push to the master.

Re: Anyone Remember The Ames Room Illusion
I have no idea where or when I read this (or if I possibly misunderstood it...). But I think the whole "The age must be ported to 3ds Max" stuff must have started somehow...

Re: Anyone Remember The Ames Room Illusion
I'd toyed with the idea of doing the same work myself - during a hectic one-month effort using a rented copy of the current version of 3ds max through Autodesk's subscription option, at a personal cost of $190. But the 3ds max age creation plugins aren't yet modified to work with the current ...

AFAIK yes. I think someone (JWPlatt or Cyan itself) mentioned in the thread that Cyan want the raw .max files and not the .prp files.Deledrius wrote:Is this some arbitrary limitation on the part of Cyan?

Re: Anyone Remember The Ames Room Illusion
@Deledrius: If I remember the thread Ainia linked correctly, the main problem is that they didn't find a way to transfer the blend file over to 3ds Max without loosing every texture on the mesh. I am not familiar with porting files from Blender to Max, so I don't know if there are tools or something ...

If you do the modeling part, I could in theory do the rest to make it to an age for Uru. For me this is the easier part

Re: Public Age with Live Events
I would make it like Guild Wars 2 did. For every live event, make an event, which reverts the first event. So if the bridge collapses, make an event, where the bridge is rebuilded.
