KIs were supposed to have just been set up right around the Fall, so while I guess it would be reasonable for the D'ni government to set up this KI ...

Just to make sure: does the ability to tear down the walls also apply to the front ones? Could I create a couple front windows or even leave it open?

It's just that my shell design could go two different ways depending on this.

Since these nominations would have to be accepted by the nominee (otherwise you might wake up one morning and find yourself on the panel!), perhaps the nominee should have to state for what position or guild he or she is accepting the nomination.

I would argue against having some sort of general election for this group. It made sense to do one for the Liaisons, since the purpose of those was to have representatives of the entire explorer community to the DRC. However, deciding who's on the board should be an internal decision, or something ...

I guess the first thing to do is to learn how to use the Blender modeling program -- it's important to get a feel for it, even before you export stuff into Uru, I think.
