I had a similar bug a few weeks ago with my newer desktop and a widescreen ASUS monitor.

After moving the monitor for a cleaning job, I got a black screen after re-booting my computer.

Because that monitor came with only very limited installation instructions, I was not aware of an input button ...

I was talking about installing/running a new Drizzle version.

Without knowing it and not wanting to have problems, I was using the right procedure.

Your Myst 5 re-install bug could be due to an extra file called vpd.properties .(left over after deleting the previous Myst 5 game on your system)
