I agree! A chart of the various versions of Uru, similar to the ones I have seen explaining the different Linux Distros, would be very helpful on the wiki. Moderators, is that something you guys could add?
Thanks!

Re: How many shards? Features of the various shards?
Thanks for the links!
OK, so as I understand it, both Deep Island, and Gehn, are sort of independently similar to MOULa, but allow one to explore/play fan created ages? Deep Island runs on ALCUGS, and Gehn runs an updated version of the Plasma Engine, and the Dirtsand server (and I'm assuming fan ...

How many shards? Features of the various shards?
I'm new, so I'm a bit confused about the various shards. How many shards are currently running? What are the advantages, disadvantages, and features of the various shards, especailly as they relate to the Cyan (official? shard). What can I do in Shard A, that I cannot do in Shard B, etc. I bet there ...

Re: I can't seem to enable PyPRP in Blender 2.57 (Linux)
Branan,
nevermind my last post. For some reason, opening and closing Blender several times, seems to make it possible to enable the checkbox. It works now. I have no idea why, or what I did, but PyPRP2 seems to be enabled now. I can't wait to start on an age! Thanks for everything.

Hi all, I'm trying to connect to the IRC channel. I tried irc.justirc.net, and irc.guildofwriters.org No luck.

Re: I can't seem to enable PyPRP in Blender 2.57 (Linux)
Hey Branan,
Sorry to bother you again. Unfortunately, I had to wipe my HD to set up a dual boot with Windows. I was successful with the dual boot. I re-installed Blender 2.58 (running under the same Mint 12 as last time) using the Package Manager, then I ran your script. I see the Plasma ...

Re: Problems installing URUCC Linux-Virtualbox-Wine
ARRGG! After a few days of running UruCC with great results under VirtualBox/Windows XP while in Compatability Mode (W2000), I had another huge crash. Even my saved sav folder does not seem to work. I even re-installed UruCC, and no luck. Crash right after the avatar creation. Every time.

Branan,
Thank you very much for that script. It worked perfectly. I now have the Plasma Development Environment in Blender 2.58. Hopefully others will benefit from the script as well. I really appreciate you going the extra mile to help me.
