I have had the same problems today. I could go succesfully to the Vothol Gallery and the Great Zero Observation, but all other links, using the Nexus book in my Relto, (city, Kirel, Writers pub) failed, by several attempts.

The solution: simply inactivate Norton. Than you can download the installer. After done that, reactivate Norton again, and... ready!
