I made up my mind and I chose Blender to learn and I was thinking to watch some good detailed tutorials firstly. if anyone could provide me some good detailed tutorials link.

I never used 3dsMax, but I can confirm working with Blender is quite fast once you're used to it. This is mainly because Blender uses a lot of shortcuts to switch tools, which is quicker than the interface.
