Thanks @Dulcamara, this seems to have fixed the issue! I use Win 7 Ultimate, tried your solution to run the Uru.exe as admin. Now it is updating. Thanks again!

Same problem here. Just installed the DI client, copied the DI patcher files into the game, and get the "Unable to download update file" message.
