Win7 64 bit absolutely up to date, procexp shows 95 %idle. 5 out of 8 gig RAM left.
More data on both issues.
The moul problem was fixed by temporarily moving the main screen to the original screen on the lap-top. Then going to windowed. That fixed that. It now runs fine on ...

Loading Global takes a very long time

For me it can take up to 30 minutes. I have DSL which isn't super but better than that. Am I needing to do something. Also, the time to transition from the explorer list to Relto is similarly long.

An Update

Well, I get Ghen to Run by Minimizing then Maximizing. Works almost every time. I get spinning dots each age change until I do that. Then I get "The Sound" and the new location. So I guess I can move my posts to other sections now :-)

I did that a few days ago but will try again in a few days just to catch it when they do it. Meanwhile, I should somehow tell them about my problem... right?

Status Report: Updated the AMD/ATI Driver (Even though MS said I had the latest one) and now I'm almost there. I was able to update Directx and Physx. Started the launcher, did a big update and then got this:
