gives us a little breathing space :)

We'll have to be careful about where we choose to meet, as I suspect that some people have already dropped their subscriptions with GT. They will be restricted to a visitor's account which cuts back on where they can go.

That date and time should be good for me. Thanks Dot. :)

Can't visitors go to public hoods? If we hold it in one of those, all should be able to attend.

With apologies for double posting...

The meeting is coming up soon: Saturday 15 March at 13:00 KI time.

Would you like to meet at Dot:'s hood? I'll make sure it's public nearer the time, or I could send out invites.

Trylon or Nynaveve, would you mind putting together an agenda for the meeting and making sure we keep to time and to the point, please? Besides work, I'm pretty busy this week with judging ages. ;)

That's if you have the time, of course!

If Nynaveve can't do it, give me a pm. (I'm not sure I'll have the time to check te forums regularly)

:? Ut oh, you mean I have to think about this? :P

Sure, I'll put an agenda together. Hopefully I'll include everything we want to cover. I'll get a rough draft posted some time tomorrow so we can add/delete as we see necessary before Saturday.

Ok guys, (sorry for the double post), here is a rough agenda for our meeting Saturday:

1. Age bug tracking -
--Which program do we want to use, Trac or Bugzilla or ???
--What are the pro's and con's of each program? This should include both installation and usage.
--Should it include areas for GoW Plugin, ULM, PlasmaShop/PRPTool, PRPExplorer, etc, feature requests and suggestions and bugs?
--Who is going to host this and maintain it? (Writers/Maintainers)

2. ULM -
--What for/how will it be used in the future? (Recent discussion of archived Ages, Maintainer "approved" Ages, and WIPs.)
--Who will maintain this? (Writers/Maintainers)
--What additional features would we like to see in the next release? (Again, recent discussion of various types of Ages, and http upload options)
--Can the ULM be linked with the Age bug tracking system? (If so, these both will probably need to be hosted on the same server)

3. Age Registration-
--Should we start our own list of prefixes?
--Where should this list be hosted? (With the ULM?)
--Where should the list start? (10000+ ?)
--Do we want to port over the old list from Alcugs and keep it for "reference"?

Since no other meeting place has been suggested, I think we will use Dot's Hood for this. :)

That is, in the hood belonging to Dot: (note the colon) ;) My KI number is 7234055.

Edit: Argh! I've just been thrown off with a net 2 error. And now I'm getting authentication errors: no response from server. I missed the St Pat's parade yesterday with the same problems.

I'll keep trying, but you might have to have the meeting without me. At least I was on long enough to make sure the hood was public.

Hope to see you soon.
