I wouldn't mind it if Cyan added "Yeesha speeches" to the Bahro caves (the ones for Pod Ages, Minkata, the Eders, etc.) It would definitely add to the mystery, and possibly reveal some backstory about them (or maybe not Yeesha, perhaps Atrus, or even Sirrus or Achenar.)
As for distribution, I doubt Cyan would be keen to use a torrent (set up their own tracker, paying the fee if any gives you a pass to connect, and users would cover the bulk of distribution)...
And as for expanding Ages, the Guild Hall would be a nice thing to see, with possible links to the various pubs.
