Chess age - and other fanages

Postby ametist » Sat Nov 20, 2010 11:41 pm

As you may know I use URU CC with fanages in my classroom (I'm a special education teacher) and right now I teach an eleven year old boy that don't want to go to school (dif problems) BUT he can work with the ordinary text-books and other stuff with me because I let him use URU a lot - it sparks his fantasy and creativity which that poor boy doesn't have much of - and he's really good att 'patterns'. He's now completely occupied with the Chess Age. So thanks to Karkadann - you built that with perfect dimensions for him! I can't play Chess, so on top of all the boy can feel better than me :)

URU is a wondeful tool in the classroom and with all fan-ages there's a neverending source to create good lessons of.
THANK YOU all agewriters!! Keep up :)
