Drizzle32 and MOULa

I have Uru CC installed via Steam and have just reinstalled the latest recorded functional combo of MOULa files and Drizzle (urulive.live.1.918.openuru_209). However, booting up the game via Drizzle puts me at the Cleft rather than in Relto. I last played offline MOULa many years ago, but I seem to remember it starting directly in Relto. Has this been changed, or am I doing something wrong and booting up vanilla Uru?

In CC you start in the Cleft, no matter if you have Drizzle or not.
CC + Drizzle isn't = MOUL(a) Offline... It's just CC + "some" (not all) MOUL(a) stuff.
If you find the Birds Relto Page, the MOUL(a) stuff is there.
