I mean you can make it look just like the GoW T-Shirt, but then you can say that you made the texture from scratch. Period. Not too much argument there. Of course like I said, you'd have to make it from scratch....(I'd do it with Hot Wheels Flames LOL :D )

An even better idea, how about the real thing?

I'd love to get a hold of an actual t-shirt with colourings and decals of the GoW shirt

That'd be really cool, and not too hard to do.. through things like cafepress and whatnot, you can buy shirts with pretty much anything on them. Unfortunately, it has the issue of technically breaching a Cyan copyright.. just like everything fun, huh?

I would say contact Cyan about it, but I don't know how responsive they've been latey.

I hope they're not as bitchy as EA is.
BF2CC.com opened a web store a couple of years ago with items sporting the BF2CC logo.
Sadly, as it contains the Battlefield 2 logo, EA had us shut the store abruptly, even though BF2CC was an EA partner.

Maybe we can convince the MystWear folks to support a GoW logo. They already feature the Maintainers logo:

If enough of us fill out the form below and indicate that you want to see a GoW logo, maybe they'll carry it:

[EDIT] Does anyone have a URL to a Guild of Writers logo image?
Can we rebuild it? Yes, we can - here's how.

It looks like they already have a version of the D'ni guilds logo for the t-shirt. So it should just be a matter of getting them to put it out in the right colors.

It looks like they'd print it on the side rather than centered, though.. and a lot smaller than it should be.

It's a shame they used so many colors for it. I have access to some screen-printing tools, but it's a real pain to line up multiple colors and I've never tried to do more than two. The Guild shirt from the game has four (white and three different shades of red) and it'd just be too difficult.

It is a pity the shirts only come in white.

The Tetsonot Portal image for the back would have the appropriate color scheme for GoW :)

[EDIT] Since they seem to only support age images for the back, perhaps they offer the Writers Guild pub as a choice?

On the Mystwear T-shirts page it says:
or for $5.00 additional, you can supply us with your screen shots and even add D'ni writing for a small fee per letter!

You probably mean this one:

I have both in vector drawings btw, if we are serious about this..
Personally, I like the red-and-black one best for a GoW logo.

EDIT:
A quick mod of the green one into the red and black color scheme

(I still like the other one better)
