Where can I download Paah'kweh, other than ULM?

OK Jamey, try doing this:

Go to your CC installation folder and delete ALL the files that begin "Paahkweh... . xxx" (in your /dat folder) ... then open the ULM again. Now the icon should be back to a "clear" blue closed book with a pen ... RIGHT click it twice ... and choose "version 3". The files should download and the book icon should turn to a BROWN open book. If that's happened, then drag that icon over to the right side in an EMPTY tab ... then it should be a seperate book on your bookshelf...

ok, this whole situation for me is getting stranger by the minute. When I went into my Uru Folder to delete every Paahkweh file, there were not ANY files that began with that name. Yet in ULM, the book is green with the pen on it, and when I try to download version 3, it downloads for 2 seconds and it says download complete. So I put the book in a slot and run Uru and, it's not there. So I go and look again in my Uru Folder for the new files, and still nothing is there, as if nothing downloaded...

With that said, Bob, can u possibly send me the files I need through a zipped folder plz?

I have to ask: what folder are you looking in? All age files are kept in the dat folder in your Uru install.

(you should also find a Paahkweh.pak file in the ".../Python" folder - delete that one too)

... remember, you're looking for the

C:\ProgamFiles\Ubi Soft\Cyan Worlds\Uru - Ages Beyond Myst (or Complete Chronicles) \dat folder

and the

C:\ProgamFiles\Ubi Soft\Cyan Worlds\Uru - Ages Beyond Myst (or Complete Chronicles) \Python folder

for anything with "PaahkwehNew.xxx ". Delete them... restart ULM and then follow my previous instructions ...

Yup, I'm looking in those folders and nothing related to Paahkweh was found in either of them...

Try reinstalling the ULM. Just that. Then see what happens.

ok, Justin sent me the Paah'kwehNew files which I manually placed in my Data folder, then I ran Uru, and it worked


So problem solved
