I didn't use UAM, just modified
ULMServerLinkBook.inf

I think I forgot to add a link in the other file too, just one moment and i'll give it a try, its been a while since I was Age writing :)

Edit: Yup that was it, I forgot to add the link to AvailableLinks.inf, its working now

(You shouldn't touch ULMServerLinkBook.inf - it's only for use on alcugs servers)

I think he used Offline KI, which also uses that file to prevent it from being overwritten by ULM.

Grogyan, you should update the Offline KI - the latest version should automatically "detect" unknown ages. You can then use the Nexus or /link to get there without editing anything manually. Installing it again might also repair some of the config file modifications you did, which might have broken things ;-)
I prefer e-mails to "diafero arcor de" (after adding the at and the dot) over PMs.

I installed the age by extracting the files, then copying them across to the correct folders in my Uru:CC installation. I then opened up the ULM, went to the Personal Age tab on the left hand side, found the icon for 'Forest' and dragged it across to an empty book tab on the right hand side.

The easiest way to get it is to just use UAM/Drizzle, select Tehr'Dovah, and click "Download" :P

It's info page is also up: http://alcugs.almlys.org/UAM/Ages/TehrDovah, but judges shouldn't look at that page, since it may somehow sway them.

Nice job by the way, Mystified!

Thanks :)

I'd be lying if I said I considered it my best work though. Somehow I doubt I'll try the whole Maya-Blender thing again in the near future...

If someone were to make a plugin for maya I'd be their best friend lol :P

you should be able to import .obj with texture mapping just fine in Blender

Just save each object as .obj

I used nif format to do it this time - it worked in getting my objects through with textures intact - it was more due to the size and detail of the age, plus the fact that the format converted all quads into tris - effectively doubling my poly count :? Next time I'll know this so it should be easier :)

Phew, finally the damn thing is done uploading.

Eder Licinius can be found at Eder Licinius

Unfortunately my internet problems weren't solved as quickly as I would have liked (I ended up having to go out and buy a new router, just so I could get my cable working again, as the old one died on me) and as a result I didn't get to fix some of the bugs, nothing age breaking, just a few texturing issues, and for some reason my random sounds aren't, popping up. Other than that I'm happy with how it turned out. Within the coming weeks I'll probably get around to fixing the texturing stuff, and the sounds. Till then, enjoy Eder Licinius Area 1.

Well, that wouldn't have mattered anyway, since Uru can't use quads anyway - the pyprp plugin converts quads to triangles too
