Against my better judgement, I have entered the competition. And even though I just got my shell, I have done some work on a house I plan to use. I would like to send over the parts I have done to Aloys before the 30. But I am at the moment away from from home and are forced to use my mobile as internet conection. The coverage here is not the best, only EDGE, and that seem to give a lot of hicups this weekend. I could hardly load this page. Well, enough rambeling.. Point is: Is it ok that I send my work so far a bit late? I hope to be back home at the 2. of july at the latest.

(And now I can only hope I will not get logged off posting this....)

Regarding the RAD contest registration: shall we set the end time to 23:59 Monday 30 June GMT? Maybe at that time, you could start a new thread that lists the final set of contestants and can be used for questions during the contest. At that time, I'll work with Aloys to provide the "before" version of Ahra Pahts containing any existing shells that were submitted, for initial review of the judges.

What do you think?

Sounds great!

@Tinuviel if you just got your shell, its preferred that you wait till the start time, July 1st, before you start making content, I know everyone is bursting with ideas, I know because it happened to me in the first contest. I'd like Robert's and Aloys thoughts on letting you submit your shell for the pre contest Ahra merge after the start date.
I'm perhaps too lenient, cause I want to encourage people not turn them away, and i'd be ok with your circumstance.

I did that part of the house before I got my shell, but I still want to use it. After I started thinking about entering the competition I have not done anything:-)

I'm fine with that.

Note: I made a newer version of Ahra Pahts that will page in shells as needed. Consequently, the initial load time is half of what it used to be. See this thread for details.

I recommend we use this version for forming the special contest releases of Ahra Pahts for the judges.
Can we rebuild it? Yes, we can - here's how.

Well I'm back home and I just sent Aloys the work I have done so far. I used the e-mail adress I found on Ahra Pahts home page. I hope that is correct.
