Depends if the testers are taking an income.

Remember, I don't know how many countless fans said that they would volunteer to test stuff for Cyan, free of charge.

While I don't know if they have taken advantage of it (quite possibly very hard to do, legal entanglements, etc), that has to be a good feeling for them, knowing that they have so many people that would pretty much work for them for free, just to be part of their world.

Agreed. I've experienced that as well.

But remember....some of the fans are, well......kinda fanatical......that's about as nice as I can say it.
