Sorry for lurking here on this thread......

I'm waiting to see how this goes. I already did what Nek'rahm is doing when I had Nadnerb and D'Lanor helping me figure out how to make clickable sounds for our Ages. It's like initiation through fire! hehehe. :D

Andy cheers Nek'Rahm and Dustin on

Not my TPOTS version. I have the online downloadable version which pre-dated the CD.

Good luck finding such a file. There are far too many versions around, even in English. And who knows how many localized versions exist and in what way they are different?

Now the game doesn't start.

Says there was a problem initializing the video card -_-

I lowered it to it's lowest settings now, too...

I'd jump in here quickly, but I haven't downloaded anything yet...... 300 MB you say?
Be at least an hour before I could help.

Thanks for the info, folks!

Okay, let's take another shot at this. Try using this new install.bat:http://alcugs.almlys.org/trac/browser/drizzle/DrizzleOverlay/install.bat?format=raw

It now just looks for UruExplorer.exe and tells you the path it found, and asks you if you're sure it's POTS or CC.

Let me know if it works.

edit: If it's giving you warnings about your video card, you may have to reinstall Uru from scratch. Unless, of course, it was because you were changing some settings external to Uru.

I havn't read this whole thread, but I'm assuming this "Install.bat" allows us to go to MOUL ages? if so, where will the books appear? if not, what is it? :P

I'm downloading the torrent now. Should be done in about 30 minutes (sorry, 1.2 mbps is as fast as my DSL goes, hehe). Then I'll give my hand at this too and let you know how it works on my machine also.

No Justin. It's a install program for the program that does convert the MOUL files. THAT program is what I'm downloading right now. Go back to at least page 5 of the thread and read. You'll see.
