I'm tired, so there is something I don't understand here: can you release your Age or not?

The portion that Kedri quoted contains the phrase "for 'free' internet/web distribution" - which is what my FCC agreement said, along with other phrases that allow its distribution. So, I believe you are allowed to distribute it.
