Official Announcement of the GoAC Project

General debates and discussion about the Guild of Writers and Age creation

Postby Mystified Explorer » Thu Apr 06, 2006 9:00 pm

Hi everyone

Well, the GoAC (Guild of Age Crafters) has been granted a license for SftSoK. Most of you probably know about it already, but here are some additional details:

After much discussion, we have chosen to release SftSoK as a set of Uru Ages, meaning it will require Uru to play. As to whether it will be Single Player, Multiplayer (i.e. online), or both, we haven't decided, but it most likely will be available for multiplayer.

The game/addon/whatever you want to call it, will feature around 10 ages, written by a mysterious underground guild of D'ni writers just before the Fall. The ages themselves vary in size and composition, with alot of stuff to find.

Here are a couple of teasers:

We're currently looking for new talentfrom all areas to join the team, so if your interested in helping out, even just a little bit, please head over to GoAC forums. :D

Yes indeed -- looks to be a very exciting project!

Just make sure you don't run out of export memory! If you keep up the high-quality (a good thing, to be sure), you probably will.

I forgot to mention before, but since the name of the project is "Search For The Springs Of Kehlbet," SftSoK, I call it codename: soft socks. :P

i think it should be the official codename, but idk :P
