need some age help

I have an age in my head, but no modeling skills. Would someone be willing to work with me on it? I can give description, some mapping, textures.

It's a two-part age, really. The first is a walled path, with a spiral staircase, the second an open area for stargazing.

That's all I'm willing to toss out publicly, for now It's very distinct in my head, though.
