I have heard a few people say there are ways to get the Gahreesen Wall working, or partially working but I can't seem to really find any one place that seems to explain how one could go about getting the wall to work, can anyone help me or point me in the right direction as to where to find info?

On a side note someone mentioned something about having a Until Uru installed but for play offline? I'm not sure just one of the things that popped into my head as I wrote this.

If I recall correctly, the wall could be activated by inserting a number of files from Until Uru (or Prologue for that matter) into ABM or CC.
In ABM or CC they were replaced by non-working prp files. I think the wall was fairly unstable to begin with though....

The first page of this thread http://forum.guildofwriters.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=3199 is where I learned how to get it working. You only need Uru CC or Uru ABM (with a clean install) and then the appropriate Until Uru patch. http://www.metallicity.com/miscdl_urupatches.asp Then you need a way to edit the Garrison.sdl file in order to activate the wall, changing the grsnClimbingWallState to 1. I also recommend changing the "wall info journal" (or something like that) from 0 to 1. This will turn on the book in the conference rooms with the instructions to operate the wall. If you continue on reading the next few pages of the above linked thread there are additional instructions for UU bug fixes and no cd patches.

Agenotfound put a lot of work into getting the wall working, but so far, he did not succeed. Sadly, I don't understand much of what he explained to me about what he did and what the problems are

The solutions that are already explained here will get you the wall working just fine but what you'll have in the end is an offline-UU.
The diffcult thing is getting the wall in CC with the CC/TPotS client.

So far i can get everything to work but the climbing does not trigger or when it triggers it crash. Maybe this is due to the client or something else but i haven't figured that out yet.

If you just want to play the wall then offline-UU is just fine.

EDIT:hmm.. still crashing. it's a bit late so i'll try again tomorow.

also his post is quite confusing as he seems to mix up .sdl files and .prp ....
and do you now what he means by XP1 ? does he mean to Dn'i -expansion pack 1 ?
