I think it is a problem with the .age file of GlobalAnimations. It already happened to me. I don't know if it can help, but try reinstalling the offlineKI. Maybe it happened because you wanted to modify or customize it.

The only GlobalAnimation glitch I remember is some faulty Drizzle version (25, I think) using the wrong sequence prefix for a bunch of files, resulting in many original POTS files to be removed. The only fix is to restore those files from a backup, or reinstall Uru.

I don't recall this happening. (Though it's possible my memory is off.) I'm still using the same Pots installation I've been using since the start of Drizzle, and I've never borked it even with svn versions that didn't get released!

I definitely had this happen with the version where I reported that sequence prefix bug to you (there were some other regressions, too, in that version). After using conversion, Uru still started, so I did not immediately see what happened - but I noticed a bunch of files are missing later, as the wrong prefixes of the converted files clashed with the old prefixes of the existing files. I also recall reports of others having issues after using that Drizzle version that were fixed after copying some files back, or re-installing.
Of course, it could be another issue here.
