Journal in Relto creation question/request

I have little to no programming knowledge, but I was wondering if there is a way to add a book (or several) to the shelf with the watchers journals on them, and have them function in part like the personal journal, by which I mean the contents of them is loaded from a simple HTML File.

If this is possible does anyone have a version of this already created that they could share, or could someone with the required knowledge put this together?

I wonder if you could add a journal to Relto with a .prp file, similar to the way I added a soccer field to Minkata

You could certainly make a Relto page which adds a journal.
