- Offline; you will need Uru: Complete Chronicles (or Ages Beyond Myst + Path of the Shell) and Drizzle32, which will manage the installation and update process.
- Online; you will need Uru: CC again and the Deep Island patcher. Drizzle is not needed, fan ages will be downloaded the first time you visit them. There is only a public instance of each, and they can be reset by anyone (so no personal progress). Your login is the same you use for the forums.
- Online, through the Gehn shard; it has a much smaller, but high quality selection. Fan ages will be downloaded the first time you visit them. Your login is again the same as the forums.
