Here is my summary of the guild meeting held on the 1st of December 2007, at 14:00 Ki time.

I want to thank all of the GoW members for doing such a wonderful job on all of our projects and I want to welcome all of our new GoW members.
I also give special thanks to Trylon, Aloys, Kyashii, Lontahv who all did a wonderful job of presenting the GoW and it's projects at this meeting.
First, I am going to go over information presented by the other guilds.
JulyForToday, the meeting host, presented a new site for quick access to all the guilds called http://www.guildsofdni.com.
The Guild of Cartographers were not present. It was suggested that they were lost.
The Guild of Messengers have a web site, http://www.guildofmessengers.com. They have also requested news letter from each of the guilds that they would then distribute through the Ki system.
The Guild of Maintainers has mentioned that they have 5 new temp leaders: Frisky Badger, Montgomery, Jishin, Mustard Jeep, and Andy Legate. The website for the GoMa is http://www.guildofmaintainers.org
The guild of Greeters has a new grand master, Indy, who is replacing Tijara. Their website is http://www.guildofgreeters.com.
Now for the information on which our guild presented.
Our speakers for this meeting addressed the ages we are currently working on, our age creation tools, and also gave a short history of the GoW. For ages that we are working on, Yinfara and Ahra Pahts were both mentioned as being prominent projects. For age creation tools, our speakers mentioned Blender3d, pyPRP, Audacity, Photoshop, and the Gimp. As for history, Trylon explained that the GoW started as hobbyists in Until Uru and grew from there. This was relevant in explaining to the other guilds our group dynamic and why it is taking longer to form leadership.
Two main questions were bought up after our presentation. First, JayGee asked if there was a place to get full instructions on running fan ages. Second, it was asked what contact there has been with Cyan, if any, in terms of age building. It was suggested that the GoW website add instructions for running the ages to their web site. In answer to the second question, BobLishman mentioned that the GoW receives Fan Created Art Licenses from Cyan.
Outside of the meeting summary I would like to emphasize two points. First, the GoMe has mentioned news letters from all the guilds. Start thinking about writing up a brief (3 -4 sentences) summary of projects that are being worked on. Second, for our newcomers, as I am still one myself, the best resource I've found for age creation, other than this forum, is http://alcugs.almlys.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page.
Thank you all.

Minor addition: The GoMa also mentioned their request for training ages and their collaboration with the GoW in making these. For more information, see the thread in our forum http://forum.guildofwriters.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=817
