I remember reading that KIs can drop markers. Can you do that in MOUL Explorer accounts?

Age Net Map (Relto Page)
Okay, please read below:
Nexus was used primarily for connecting players to different sections of Ae'gura, Kirel and Bevin, correct? Now, tell me this.
Have you ever found it annoying that certain areas of the game REQUIRE you to either A) Have a certain condition met (ex. Person present) or B) Takes the most round-a-freaking bout way possible to reach a destination where many people are found?
This is where my idea of Nexus Prime comes into play.
Here's where I thought of it: Relto
Shouldn't there be a Nexus that connects you to:
A) A Friend's Relto (if they give permission though a form of Nexus)
B) A specific location in the city/any Age (ex. The Guild Pub Hall, Bevin's Ayhoheek Table, etc.)
C) A marker that you drop connecting you through set waypoints throughout an Age
I thought there should be.
My concept is this: An addition to Nexus. This addition would be in the form of an elevator. This elevator is centered in the center of the Nexus room and is operated by sliding your KI into a panel. This drops you down one floor to the Nexus Prime Locater (NPL). Here, you follow the same protocol as in the regular Nexus Locator and select certain Links.
Now, this is VERY prominent what I'm about to say.
Say, for example, you want friends to be able to visit your Relto, especially if you have a special event planned. Here's what you do. Just as you can make your own Bevin Neighborhood Public or Private, do the same with your Relto. Your player will hold your Relto book under a scanner and register it in the Nexus Prime terminal. You can then select (for example, we'll use mine) Nek'rahm's Relto under the list of RELTO Links. You can then set this under OWNER SETTINGS:
A) OPEN TO PUBLIC
B) OPEN TO BUDDIES
C) CLOSED FROM ADDITION
A) is very straightforward. Anyone who wants to go to your Relto may register it in there KI and Nexus Prime terminal. Now, just head to Nexus, use the Prime Elevator and head to a friend's Relto! B) is a little safer... say you don't want people barging in on you, but you're having trouble getting people into your Relto through your book directly. You set it to B) and now any people on your Buddy list can go to Nexus Prime's Locater and both register and visit your Relto! C) is where it gets tricky. If set to C), which is standard for all of your books in the NPL, no one can add your Ages to their KI and NPL. BUT! (this is a BIG but) people who have ALREADY registered your Relto book into their KI/NPL can still visit! This way, you can keep people out and control a stream of people.
Now, this would have to be presented to Cyan for it to become possible, so I dunno if we can do this in the GoW.
Next task: Specific Locations and Waypoints
This would be simple: Drop a marker and it registers the Coordinates in your KI (you must have calibrated at the Great Zero). Then, you head to the NPL and upload your KI. It will register the coordinates and ask if you wish to make a new Link. You can then Name the link for personal use and use it at any time you wish!
This, again, would require Cyan to approve it, so it may not be possible.
