Status of the localization project

Hi there!
I am quite new to the project and I was wondering if it is actually progressing at the moment. I noticed that most parts of Uru Live have been translated into German, while a quite large portion is still missing in other languages (such as Italian). Are people still working on it and is it likely to get a feedback or "like" by other translators for new bits of translation? Or have people stopped working on it?
Another question that might not really fit here: Is there somewhere a note/statement by Cyan/others that these translations will actually be used in MOULa? I read a little comment on the mystonline.com forum that said that a localization project is needed and appreciated.
Best wishes
Felicias (both in this forum and in MOULa)
