probleme de tranfert entre les âges

Excusez moi je suis français et je suis malhabile en anglais.
Je suis évidemment sous le serveur Deep Island.
lorsque je suis dans le jeu je me tranfers vers un âge de base par exemple Gahreessen au début par le pilier ensuite par le livre du relto le tranfert s'effectue bien.
Soit par un saut loupé qui normalement me renvoie au relto soit par le transfert en cliquant sur mon livre j'obtiens un écran noir sur lequel je reste bloqué, pour me sortir de cette situation je suis obligé d'arrêter ma session et relancer l'ordinateur. Cette anomalie est valable pour tous les àges aussi bien que des transferts nexus-relto, quartier-relto etc.
Comment peut-on régler ce problème ??

In game, after linking to an age touching the book in the bahro pillar (for example Gahreesen), I can easily relto back using my relto book.

If I do relto out having missed a jump (in that case, I go straigth in a panic zone) or if at any moment I'm using my relto book, I got stuck on a black screen. Being unable to do anything at this point, I have to stop URU and restart the computer.

This issue stands for all the ages including the nexus (transfer nexus-relto) and the hood (transfer hood-relto).

How can I solve this issue?

Unfortunately, I do not really understand what you are doing to trigger the black screen. You say using the Relto book in Gahreesen works, but in Nexus/Hood, it does not? Could you please provide a step-by-step description of what you are doing (starting with launching Uru), what is happening, and what you expected to happen instead?

Malheureusement, je ne comprends pas: Ques'que tu fais pour désengager l'ecran noir? Tout est bien dans Gahreesen, mais le livre Relto ne fonctionne pas dans le Nexus/Hood? S'il te plais, décrit en detail quois to fais (commence avec "lancer Uru"), qu'est qu'il se passe et qu'est que to espere?

Well, like i said i am french and i have difficuty to write correctly in english, then i try:
To connect to the server Deep Island no problem, then i begin to play, i am into the relto, i go toward the books, i clic on Gahressen book, i clic on the image and the transfert is gone. I am to Gahressen. i take the elevator and i go on the path and for test i jump to fall in the abyss, normally i must go to the relto but it is no, i have a black screen and i am blocked on this black screen. i cannot coming back on the game. i must shut down the session and relaunch the computer.This is systematic.
I hope you can understand my explanations step to step now.
