Is Deep Island server down?

Hi! I have been trying to login to the DI shard and I get as far as the login screen. I go to login, then it tries to authenticate but just keeps going with that. The second time I tried I got the error message, 'Unidentified server error'.
Can anyone tell me what the problem is, please? I need my fan age fix ...

I'm just an explorer, not part of admin, and DI is up right now and other people are on.

Deep Island is up and running, I tested the login yesterday and ... I forgot to come back here to inform you

It seems you have a problem with your internet connection. The only thing coming to my mind that you could do is disabling any kinds of "Personal Security Suites" or Firewalls that try to give your a false sense of security. Some of them are notorious for breaking the network.
