Taking a KI Screenshot Boots Me Out of Game - SOLVED

When I try to take a screenshot with my KI I get booted out. Logging back immediately, the server still sees me as active in the age I was visiting, but when I go back into that age, I've lost my progress. I've tried in different ages - I tried it in Relto, same thing.

I'm wondering if everyone experiences this or if it's just me. If it's just me, I'll try reinstalling at some point.

I thought reinstalling the game and the DI patcher solved my problem, but in fact I had also played around with the graphics settings, and so it turned out that reinstalling the game wasn't the solution. I can take a KI screenshot using all graphics settings except a windowed 1440 x 1080. When I leave the 'windowed' box unchecked KI screenshots work fine. Using lower settings with the 'windowed' box checked works fine.

I'm not sure why the 'windowed' 1440 x 1080 doesn't work since my monitor display is 1920 x 1080, but I'll be avoiding that setting for sure. So for me, this problem is basically solved. Hope this helps others who might run into this problem.

As a further update, I decided to check my MOULA client and found that I can't set a windowed height of more than 1050 pixels. The extra 30 pixels are probably used for the windows title bar at the top.

So it seems my problem was known at some time by the MOULA developers who adjusted the maximum pixel height from 1080 to 1050, and this change has never made it into Deep Island.
