Not Authenticated - Disconnected from Server

Hello. Will appreciate your help with this; this is my first time trying Deep Island. When I try to connect I get this message: Disconnected from server. Reason: not authenticated.
I'm using same user name and password I'm using in this forum. Could some one help please? Thanks!

Looks like you are suffering from the same problem as two others: The Shard DB and the forum somehow got out-of-sync. Unfortunately I can not check the forum-side of this, I just sent Hoikas the necessary data. Sorry for the trouble.

The issue is fixed by now, so your problem must be a different one, ZURI.
The log files say you tried to log in as "zuri", which will not work - log-in is case-sensitive. Did you try "ZURI" as account name?
