Failed to get player list

I have been enjoying playing Deep Island, which worked fine for me Jan. 21, 2011, (Played on it in the afternoon- EST). When I went back to try and log on last pm and now today I am able to go through the log in process up until "REQUESTING PLAYER LIST" at which point the log-in process just stops.

When I click on "Cancel" I get a message: "FAILED TO GET PLAYER LIST FROM VAULT" is there something I need to do about this on my end or is it a server related problem?

Thanks a lot, the server had a hickup! I restarted it, and things should work again.
