Problem with loging in

I have trouble with loging into DI server. Yes i have checked several times my account info, but sever keep saying: "Disconnected from server. Reason: Not Authenticated"

The messages are really weird when I look for your account.
Some time ago (in December), there were message indicating that an account with our name was removed here at the GoW, and a new one with the same name was created. The Shard saw the old one and the new one, with the same name, but different accounts, was was confused, so it rejected access.
Now however it says the password you entered is wrong. You also exceeded the number of attempts to log in, I just re-set it manually (after 10 attempts, you are restricted to one attempt per five minutes, until one of these succeeds and the counter is reset). So please double-check that you are using the correct password.
However, seeing you are not the only one having problems, I will also send an email to Hoikas, maybe there's some problem on the server side.

EDIT2: Okay, the server is for some reason rejecting every login attempt, saying the password is wrong. I now de-coupled the Shard from the GoW server, so that existing accounts continue to work. However, the account called "Scarchu" on the server is older than your account here. Did you have an old account here before? You'd have to use the password from back then. And when I re-enable the Shard-forum-connection, I will have to manually repair the GUID or something.
Why do people keep re-creating accounts with the same name, even *after* they successfully used it to log in to the Shard? This is the second time this happens, and I don't see why it should happen at all

Yes, i had account here, but it is strangly disapeared. As i remember i was made the old account with the same info like this account, ie. the username and password must be the same.

If it is easy to do : drop this account or both Scarchu accounts and i'll make another, new one.

@ Diafero: I dunno why you cannot even log to your own server... I don't have any trouble at all I've just retried and it's working perfectly.

Maybe you could "untrapped" the poor Totof from Eder Tsogal. He has been trapped for almost 36 hours at least. I saw him yesterday in mid-afternoon and just about 5 mins ago. I went to Tsogal (yesterday) and he is not there at all. Everytime I write something on Neighbors Chat I get an error message stating that explorer didn't receive my message.

Maybe Totof "presence" is the issue here as he is not even aware (I mean the real guy behind Totof) that he is still showing on the server.

I recently updated the forum software and made a mistake when updating the part that talks to the Deep Island database. The problems on my end should be fixed now, so once diafero turns everything back on, we should be good to go!

Yes, as I wrote above, I disconnected the Shard from the GoW, so people who logged in earlier can still log in (the Shard caches the passwords, in encrypted form, so that it does not have to ask the GOW server for each and every login - and so that there is a fallack plan if the GoW server is down or acting crazy, like now).
This also explains why you can now log in, Scarchu: It is using your old account. As soon as the GoW-DI bridge works again, your old account will stop working since the Shard will notice there is a new one now. That's something we need to fix then, once the current problem is resolved.

Hoikas managed to fix the issue, so the Shard is now connected to these forums again. However, you will all have to log off and back in to the forums once before you can log in to the Shard - sorry for the inconvenience.

@Scarchu: Your login will now probably stop working. If it does, could you please send me an email (see my signature for the address) with the list of avatars associated with your old account?

I have not received my log in email to play Deep Island.
I believe, if I am not mistaken, suppose to receive an authorization link.
My time zone is Central.

What else can I do to receive this so I may play Deep Island?
