Don't bother with this, Diafero. I used prpdiff on the file modified with PRPShop, got the same output as you, then did another prpdiff on a file modified with PRPExplorer, and nothing was lost during the import:
Drizzle output Show Spoiler

I also opened the new uof file for the first region's physical in an hexadecimal editor, and compared it to the hex version of the original object and no physic flags were lost either (even though I decompiled it as an XML) - only the vertices coordinates were changed.

Here is the new file. You should get the same output when using prpdiff on it.
Personal_District_psnlMYSTII.7z
(1.75 MiB) Downloaded 231 times

And I saw in the Offline KI changelog that the files modified in the PotS conversion are now included with it. So it will be easy to include it in the next version of the Offline KI.

Great! I put the file on the dataserver.

ofperkins, does that help you?
I prefer e-mails to "diafero arcor de" (after adding the at and the dot) over PMs.

Thank you Sirius and diafero, that's taken care of it. :)
You've just got to accept it... some days you're the pigeon, some days you're the statue.
