i am planning to change the Internet provider and possibly my email address will get changed as well. in the case it does, will i still be able to log into the game ? please advise.

I am no authority here, but my best guess is that so long as you update the data in your GoW account (your account here on the forums), then things should work fine. IIRC, DI and Gehn both use your GoW account to validate your shard login.
