Good afternoon

I have been experiencing a problem since Thursday evening. I am able to login to Deep Isalnd but after selecting either of my avatars the system hangs while loading my Relto. The load bar gets to about a quarter of the way across then stops. The system advises that it is loading an age but does not same which one. I am assuming it is my Relto.

Are there any issues with the servers? How do I fix this? I am using Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit with a NVidia GT630 2GB graphics card.

I fear that the problem is related with the new updates from Elodea.
I hope the damage is not too great and Diafero can solve the problem soon.
I want to apologize me for the problems.

Thank you very much for the update. It is not causing me any serious issues. I have found an easy way to get my Minkata soccer ball to the cage. I have done it in some of the other Shards, I just wanted to see if it would also work in DI. There is no rush to do it. I have finished Elodea Schatzkammern. You hid two of your journey cloths very well. It took me quite a while to find them. I do not know yet what the one clue from Unterwelt is for. I still have not found the white object we spoke about. I thoroughly enjoyed playing your four ages. The are all beautifully crafted.

My Relto loads now. Thank you for fixing that. The Elodea and Elodeas Tunnelgang ages will not load. The Elodeas Unterwelt and Elodeas Schatzkammern ages do. I tried to access Tunnelgang from Unterwelt with the same result. The ages start to load but after a while the loading freezes.

Hello Philip,

Elodea and Elodea's Tunnelgang have been modified recently meaning the server will download to your computer the new age data for each. If you are on a wireless connection and given your location (South Africa), it might be a little bit difficult. Either retry and wait or change connection (line connection) to make sure you have the latest versions of those 2 ages.

Nice to hear from you again. I am using a 4G wireless broadband connection for my internet. My internet is sometimes a little slow and previouly at times it has taken a while to download some of the fan ages but it has never actually frozen. About a month or so ago I downloaded Elodea to a copy of my offline Uru CC which took a while but did not freeze. I will try again and see what happens.

I tried to download Elodea. After about twenty to twent-five minutes I received the error popup below.

This happens as an object has to be set as an actor but is not.
Probably there is something wrong with an animation.
You can try to delete the old sav file of the age loaded.
Perhaps in the former version was an animation which is not longer there or altered.
keep in mind that with deleting you will loose your former progress.
But is is the only way.
