Hello JanB

I'm really sorry you're having these problems.

Have you ever tried to play the age offline ?

I will try, but I think I have to remove the old ALB version first, as Alabaster III after updating did not give me the same result as on the Deep Island shard.

This is the link for all three ages

I deleted the link because it didn't take you directly to the zip file.

Please take the link I provided earlier.

I had downloaded your Alad2 zip file earlier form the link you had provided earlier.
Cleaned up Alabaster files on my Local Uru and reloaded them from Alad2.
When I opened Alad3 on Uru and tried the link book to the new part , I ran into a missing file error. It does not return with the (same) Image with the new corridor open, that I get on the Deep Island shard.

Not doing that I can explore the older part of Alabaster without problems.
So I tried the new link to the zip file you provided, but then MalwareBytes adviced me not to do so, possible Trojan error!
Ingnoring that brought me indeed to a weird site, but not to the download link I wanted.

So i tried the link to the same zipfile you had provided earlier and that worked as expected.
Extracted again and copied the content again into my local Uru setup. Same error!.

Before the cleanup, when I used that link book I ended in the big hall with the sun entrance etc. and not in the room with the two corridors as on the Depp Island shard.

Any suggestions?

Hello JanB

Unfortunately I don't understand everything you say. What irritates me a little is that you keep mentioning Alabaster.
You know that Alabasters 1 2 and 3 are not the same ages as AlabastersDepths (1) 2 and 3. I think you do, but I want to make sure. My English is probably too bad to understand everything correctly.
The zip file contains data for AlabastersDepths only.
It is not necessary to delete existing Alabaster files. You can overwrite the data.
I downloaded the files from the zip file again myself and added them to a new Uru offline installation. AlabastersDepths1 and 2 run without problems.
AlabastersDepths also gives me a StuckError. However, only in one of my offline installations, what is a bit suspect.
It will take some time before I can take a closer look at the data and hopefully find a solution to this problem.
I'll delete the link first and keep you up to date.
Until then, I apologize for this trouble.
The Ages I've put so much work into in the past should be fun and not make players lose the fun of playing.

Again sorry for this inconvenience

Greetings
Dulcamara

Given the wrong return I mentoned earlier, that was the reason for me to clean up. I installed everything from the extracted zip file, several times.
I give it up for the moment on the local version now.

Possible it has something to do with the latest Insiders Dev. build of Windows 11'm currently running on, although I could explore, yesterday, the Alabaster Depth parts 1, 2 and 3 ( not the new entry part) without any errors.

Thank you anyway for your support!

Edit:
I was able to solve it as follows: I dowloaded the latest Alabaster version from the library and installed that and reinstalled also the new Alad 2 files after that.
Now I am able to access the new part.
I noticed the entrance after the link differs from the version on the Deep Island shard.
When I explored the new area, using the right corridor I finally came to a door that obviously connects the two areas you can explore , using one of the two corridors you can find after entering the new part on Alabaster 3.
That door opens but blocks me when opened.

Really lost on the order of buttons of the six symbols in the maze after the first journey cloth. Found the lift, made it work and the symbols there .
