Crashing in Alabaster's Depths

Postby philipgr » Tue Nov 03, 2020 10:11 am

Good evening

I have been exploring Alabaster's Depths with my friend and fellow adventurer Cole MacHine since Saturday 31 October. It is a fantastic age. A great creation by Dulcamara :) :) :). Since Monday I have been crashing each time someone links into the age. I crashed around seven to eight times yesterday. Today it happened to me around three times. It has also happened to Cole. Today is the first time I have been able to copy the dump file. Previously I was not able to copy the dump file as the popup was inactive.

I have also found after playing for a while that I cannot see my avvie clicking buttons or switches. Cole has advised me that he has seen my avvie move when I do not. Then when I select my Relto book the cover is blank as well as all the pages inside. The only way I have found to link out of the age is to go to the hood by entering /hood. When I get there my relto book is back to normal. Most of the time I can go to Relto and back to Alabaster's Depths without issues. Sometimes I crash or freeze on my way from the Hood to Relto. Cole has advised that a number of times he has crashed when I have returned. Also there have been a few times when we do not see each other. We have found that when this happens one of our Relto books is blank.

These are the two dump files that I copied today I hope they will be helpful:

I dunno what to do with those dump files but I just want to say, you 2 guys were part of the 3 explorers I thought were ghost explorers when I tried unsuccesfully to play in Alabaster's Depths last Sunday. I think it is a general issue, I cannot move around the age anymore without being kicked out faster than I can blink my eyes!

I have found that when you crash and/or get dumped in DI when you login again you still show in the list of explorers in the shard eventhough you are not in. When we were getting dumped the person that remained was still actually in the age and DI.
