new install of Deep Island

Shorah,
i had a power surge the other night and the next day i tried to log into the DI Shard. it wouldn't open,
the message it gives me is: the age dat/AhnySphere02.age is not installed ,but required to log in. Uru cannot be started.
can anyone help me, please? this happened to me once before and i had help but now it has happened again. i uninstalled DI and re-installed both UU Complete Chronicles and the patcher, and it still gives me that same message.

If Ahnonay is missing -- are you sure you installed all of Uru Complete Chronicles, i.e., including the Path of the Shell extension?

Nita's installation looked a bit adventurous. So we wiped everything, did a fresh install, that's it. So nothing out of the ordinary.
