Although I'm not having any issues with my own account, every now and then I'm contacted in Moula or by email by people who do have an issue with their deep island shard / gehn shard or gow-forum account (not being able to log in, forgot their password or any other reason). For most questions I am usually able to find the right person to contact, but for this one I'm not sure. Although Diafero would be the right person, I also know that he stated last year that he does not have much time left for administration. The forum does not seem to offer any way to recover a lost password or generate a new one. When a player cannot login to the shard, he is likely to also not be able to log in to the forum, so the player seems unable to deal with this themself.

I would really like to know who to contact or what to do in these account-issue cases.
