Could not log in. Restart computer fixed it

Same problem again, same symptoms, same fix. Something is not right. Needs research. I'll keep looking.
It seems that sometimes, when I bring up Minkata shard first and the try to login to Deep Island, this error occurs even though I'm logged out of Minkata and use Task list to make sure there is not another URU running.
