Problem with Cathedral age

Hi! Since the last fan age explore with Korov'ev - where we had too many crashes for everyone - I have tried to play this age on my own, online, it seems to have become unplayable.
The drawers at the beginning of the age do not show an interactable-with link button, nor does the picture which knocks four times. The door doesn't open when you go near it, so you are unable to get to the main playing areas. You can walk around the church part of the building but can't interact with anything nor get any further in the age.
Does anyone know what the problem is, please?

Did you reset the Age before you started?

Yes. But it made no difference.

Sorry, I mis read your question.
No, I didn't. However when nothing was working, I did reset the age, but then it made no difference. Still nothing was working in the way that it had when we attempted to do the expedition with Korov'ev the previous Sunday.
I have been to the age two separate times and attempted - with resets - to play the age and I just get the same result. I haven't encountered this problem with any of the other ages; just Cathedral.
